Individual therapy is a safe space to process complex issues such as depression, grief & loss, anxiety, trauma and inner-child healing. Along with complex issues, therapy can also be a space to explore life transition, relationships, sexuality, identity, boundaries, spirituality and communication. (children, teens and adults).
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a safe space where couples can learn to understand one another better and process difficult issues and conflict you may experience within the relationship. Couples can develop and enhance communication techniques and boundary setting and create a safe space with one another.
Immigration Psychological Evaluations
We partner with local immigration offices to provide extensive and thorough psychological evaluations based on the client’s need. Evaluation can be done via video call for immigrants in California.
